Good morning 4th N ! How are you today?




Hi kids! How did you sleep last night? How are you today? 

It’s time to learn a bit more about Mammals! Today we will talk about an animal that lives on land, and another animal that lives in the water. We are going to see how they are the same, and how they are different. 

First get your copybook and copy the following:

LIONS AND WHALES 

Read this paragraph along with me:

Now, let’s stop to think about how lions are different from whales? Write down the following in your copybook or piece of paper: 

Lions are different from whales because they_________________. 

Let’s continue reading: 

And now? Do you see what they have in common? What do they both have? Where do their babies get milk?  Write down this chart or print it if you can, and put a tick in the box of the animal.

Their babies are born alive.


They have got four legs. 


They have fur on their body. 


They live on land.


They have big teeth.


They have fins.
